Villain-Con Minion Blast Attraction Open at Universal Studios Florida!

Here's a look at the newest attraction and ride experience that recently opened in Minion Land at Universal Studios Florida!

Introducing Universal Orlando's newest attraction inside the theme park - Ilumination's Villain-Con Minion Blast, a brand new immersive ride experience and minion themed game which allows riders to suit up against the evil viscous 6 gang from the popular films, and, with their minion blasters, score points to defeat these characters from taking over the world!

After you enter the colorful and whimsical queue, learn about the viscous 6 characters and their back stories, each of whom is a powerful evil villain in the Despicable Me movies. Grab your minion blaster (make sure the light is glowing green charge, not red, to guarantee 100% battery) and aboard the moving walkway. Get placed on your yellow dot and prepare to step foot right inside the world of the viscous 6 and their plot to achieve world domination!

You'll travel through several different interactive rooms with giant floor to ceiling screens, allowing riders to be fully immersed in the video game experience. Score points and rev up enough ammo to defeat these evil villains, and watch as your score goes up after each villain you defeat! Compete with your group and see which one gets the highest score in the game!

After the ride, you'll hand back your minion blaster to the team member at the exit, and enter the Evil Stuff gift shop where you'll find famous Villain-Con International merchandise such as shirts, pajama sets, hats, wallets, backpacks, keychains, pins, and more!
